Our Richmond Heights Branch Library occupies a new location in a strip-mall adjacent to the Richmond Town Square Mall. With our cozy seating area, children's play zone, and free Internet and Wireless access, we provide a unique book-store like experience and carry the latest adult, teen, and children's books.
